Shipping policy

Colourful Goodies makes every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 16:00 will be shipped within 2-3 working days. An indication of the expected delivery time is also provided with the product. However, we may not always be able to meet these delivery times. If, for any reason, we cannot meet the delivery time, we will notify you as soon as possible.

The prices listed do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are as follows:

• €4.95 for orders shipped as parcels within the Netherlands.
• €6.75 for orders shipped as parcels to Belgium.
• Free shipping for Gift Cards. Gift Cards will be provided to you digitally.

Delivery is carried out by DHL/PostNL/DPD parcel delivery services. Generally, delivery will take place on the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.

Sometimes, we may need to send your package in multiple parts, but we will cover the additional costs in such cases.
