In 2019, we were approached by CJ's mother, who asked us to create a doll that her son could identify with. CJ has a unique Neavus skin condition.
Luckily we have Corina, our doll wizard, who is masterful at painting 'mini-me's' with safe paint. She made a beautiful 'mini-me' for CJ
CJ has nevus (giant moles). These moles are benign accumulations of pigment-forming cells in the skin, and it is a normal phenomenon; almost everyone gets multiple moles, on average about 25. However, with CJ it has doubled, and it has become one big work of art.
CJ is hand-painted with non-toxic paint so that children can play with it safely. Isn't he beautiful?
